LizardSkin Sound Control (SC) is a spray-applied car sound damping (dampening) coating that is great for reducing exterior noises and enhancing sound systems. It is an advanced, water-based sound deadening material in a high-grade acrylic binder with sound damping particles that combine to form one of the best sound deadening materials in the car insulation market.
LizardSkin-SC sound deadening material stops the vibration and sound waves coming from a surface before they enter the air. LizardSkin Sound Control can be combined with LizardSkin Ceramic Insulation to give you a complete system for both heat insulation and sound deadening. Typical applications include car door insulation, firewalls, floor pans, transmission tunnels, hoods, trunk lids, under headliners, inside fenders, panel van walls, and other areas that generate vibration and noise, radiate heat, and/or require automotive heat and/or sound insulation.
